We’ve updated the way Company Addresses are structured to improve organization and streamline workflows. Going forward, each company address will include First Name and Last Name fields, alongside the existing Company/Attention field.
What’s Changing?
Here’s how the new updates are structured:
- First Name and Last Name Fields: These fields are now part of Company Addresses and will be duplicated in related Orders.
- Company/Attention Field: Content from this field will continue to be copied into the Company field on Orders.
Changes to Existing Company Addresses:
To ensure consistency, the following changes have been applied to existing addresses:
- Data from the Attention field has been migrated to the Last Name field or the First Name and Last Name fields, depending on whether it matched an existing company contact’s name.
- The Company name has been copied into the Company/Attention field for clarity and alignment with new formats.

These updates aim to provide greater flexibility and accuracy in managing company address records, making it easier to track and associate relevant details with orders.
