Introducing the Store Credit Transactions Report
A new and powerful “Store Credit Transactions” report is now available within Shopify. This report provides a detailed overview of store credit transactions across all customers, including information about credits, debits, and expirations during any specified time period.
Where to Find the Report
Access this report by navigating to Analytics > Reports in your Shopify admin dashboard. Please note, this feature requires the use of new Shopify Analytics.
Track Store Credit Event Details
Store credit event details are now accessible in customer transaction history views. You can see the specific events that triggered a store credit transaction, such as the associated order (if applicable).
How to Locate Event Details
- Go to the Customers section in your admin dashboard.
- Select the customer whose store credit balance you want to explore.
- Click on their store credit balance to view associated event details.
