Exciting news! The Customer Events section in your Shopify Admin has been upgraded to provide more clarity about app connection methods. You can now see whether a pixel is connected via the web, server-side, or both.
What’s Changed?
- Each pixel now displays its connection method, making it easier to understand how data flows between your store and your apps.
- Only apps utilizing Shopify's official Web Pixel API or Server Pixel API will appear in the Customer Events section, ensuring accurate performance tracking.
- Custom pixels can also be viewed within this section for even greater control over your analytics setup.
