Shopify Collective automates the supplier order cancellation action if the order meets the below criteria:
- Orders that are over 14 days old
- Orders that remain unfulfilled
- Orders that have not been cancelled
- Orders for which the retailer has explicitly requested fulfillment cancellation
This enhancement streamlines the order management process, ensuring that retailers' fulfillment cancellation requests for older, unfulfilled orders are automatically processed. By implementing this feature, we aim to improve efficiency and provide a smoother experience for both retailers and suppliers on Shopify Collective.
