5 Block Types to Transform Your Product Pages
You can incorporate up to two of the following block types per product detail page (PDP):
- Image: Showcase lifestyle shots, size guides, or brand visuals.
- Video: Let customers see your product in action.
- Slideshow: Highlight a carousel of images and videos with optional text overlays.
- Product Group: Cross-sell up to four related products to boost sales.
- Shoppable Video: Create videos with tagged products to enable direct purchases.
Set Up Product Templates for Targeted Customization
With product templates, you can customize PDPs based on product type. For example, running shoes can feature a sizing chart, while hats can showcase a style guide.
Where Customers Will See Your Customizations
Your customizations will be visible on both the Shop mobile app and shop.app on the web, ensuring a consistent and compelling shopping experience across all platforms.
How to Get Started

- Open the Shop channel in your Shopify admin.
