We've added a “Chat with a Human” button to our Help Center pages. This feature allows you to skip straight to the queue for live assistance without confusion or delays.
How It Works
- Visit the Shopify Help Center.
- Locate the “Chat with a Human” button within the support options.
- Click the button to be connected to a live advisor—typically within 5 minutes.
