On their orders landing page, Suppliers will now notice a badge displayed next to the order number, indicating an order cancellation request and identifying the retailer who initiated the request. This badge ensures suppliers have immediate visibility into cancellation requests, enabling them to take necessary actions promptly and efficiently.
The badge will read as "Retailer Name has requested to cancel this order. Reason for cancellation." The reason for cancellation will also be visible within the order timeline & notes section on the orders page.
