Streamline Shipping with Our New Address Correction Service

Introducing Managed Markets Address Correction Service

We are excited to announce the launch of our new address correction service, designed to enhance shipping accuracy and reduce the number of returned packages.

How Does It Work?

All Managed Markets labels will undergo a robust address validation process during order processing:

  • Valid Addresses: Orders with accurate addresses will proceed to immediate fulfillment.
  • Invalid Addresses: Orders with invalid addresses will be placed on hold for review and correction by the Managed Markets team within one business day.

Once reviewed, orders will be released in one of two states:

  • Address Corrected: Ready for fulfillment after successful correction.
  • Address Error: Requires contacting the customer to confirm or update their address.

How to Manage Your Preferences

To opt out of this complimentary service, follow these steps:

  • Go to your Shopify Admin.
  • Navigate to Markets > Preferences > Managed Markets.
  • Toggle the address correction service to “Off.”
  • You can re-enable the service anytime by toggling it back to “On.”
