Exciting Changes to Marketing Automations in Shopify
We’re updating how you manage your marketing automations in Shopify to make it even more seamless. These changes will take effect on March 24, 2026, improving how you interact with different apps and tools.
What’s Changing?
- Shopify Messaging Emails: Marketing automations that use Shopify Messaging emails will now be managed directly within the Shopify Messaging app.
- Other Marketing Automations: Any marketing automations involving activities from other apps will be accessible in the Shopify Flow app.
You don’t need to take any action—your current marketing automations will continue working as expected without interruption.
