What is Shop Cash?
Shop Cash is a rewards program designed to help buyers save while shopping through Shop Pay. Buyers earn 1% Shop Cash on eligible purchases and can redeem their rewards in the Shop app or on shop.app.
Updates to Shop Cash and Shop Campaigns
Enhanced Buyer Access
Previously, only U.S. buyers could participate in the Shop Cash rewards program. Now, Canadian buyers can also earn and spend their rewards. This includes the ability to:
- Earn 1% Shop Cash on all eligible Shop Pay purchases.
- Spend their Shop Cash to save on purchases from shops listed on the Shop app or shop.app website.
- Boost their savings with exclusive offers available in the Shop ecosystem.
Improved Merchant Opportunities
Shop Campaigns empower merchants to create tailored offers for buyers. Initially limited to U.S. merchants targeting U.S. buyers, we’ve now expanded access so both U.S. and Canadian merchants can:
- Create engaging campaigns featuring discounts or rewards.
- Target buyers in Canada, the U.S., or both.
- Drive sales by appealing to shoppers through strategic promotions.
