With this update, Shopify merchants can now access Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) labels via UPS for the very first time. Markets Pro ensures seamless outbound shipping from the US, offering multiple flat-rate options to meet your business needs:

  • International Economy via DHL eCommerce

Next Steps for Active Markets Pro Merchants

Depending on your shipping setup, you may need to configure your settings to display new UPS rates to customers at checkout. Here’s what you need to know:

If You Don’t Have a UPS Account

You will be prompted to accept the UPS Terms of Service (ToS) when configuring shipping or purchasing your first label.

Updates to Markets Pro-Managed Shipping Zones

Markets Pro will automatically add UPS Standard and/or UPS Worldwide Expedited international rates to your checkout if carrier rates are utilized in your shipping zones. If you rely on custom flat rates with transit times, you’ll need to manually configure Standard International Shipping in your settings to make these rates available to buyers.

Using External Partners for Label Printing?

For merchants using external partners, custom flat rates will continue to be fulfilled with DHL Express labels for Markets Pro orders. This ensures uninterrupted service quality.

Transition for Existing DHL eCommerce Standard Rates

If you currently fulfill Standard International Shipping through DHL eCommerce, Markets Pro will automatically migrate these rates to Economy International Shipping to better represent transit times. No changes will be made to your Standard International flat rates if you fulfill via both DHL eCommerce and Economy International Shipping rates.

Merchants using external partners will see Standard International selections automatically fulfilled with UPS moving forward.

Why This Matters

  • Offer your customers more reliable international shipping options.
  • Reduce the complexity of managing shipping zones and carrier rates.
  • Boost customer satisfaction with faster and more transparent delivery services.
