You can access Benchmark data for the following reports:
- Online store conversion over time
- Average order value over time
- Customer cohort analysis
- Fulfillment, shipping, and delivery times
How to Access Benchmarks in a Report
Follow these steps to access Benchmarks:
- Open a report that includes a Benchmark option.
- Click the Compare menu at the top of the report.
- Select Benchmarks to view relevant comparisons.
Note: Benchmark comparisons are displayed in data charts, not in tables.
